Our goal is simple: Get people to stop eating cardboard.

Traditional cooking methods have led us all to eat overcooked steaks, dried pork, rubbery vegetables, and flavorless poultry. We are here to show you what food should look like. Follow along for recipes, reviews, & drool-worthy inspiration.

What is Sous Vide?

Simply, the best way to cook meat

French for "Under Vacuum", Sous Vide is the method of vacuum sealing food and cooking it in water set at a precise temperature.

Unbelievable flavors & textures

You might think it's magic. By cooking food in its own juices, it cannot be dried out or have flavor watered down. By heating the food in a vacuum in water, the center can be completely cooked without overcooking the outside of it.

Effortless perfection

It's never been easier to get consistent results. Sous Vide allows anyone to deliver restaurant quality dishes from their home kitchens with minimum effort.

Vacuum Sealer

While many enjoy using standard ziploc bags and the water displacement method, we love the dependability of vacuum sealing the items we cook.
